Gluten Free Nuggets Recipe

One of our favourite healthy recipes perfect for your Bébés!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- 2 Organic chicken breast or cut into nugget size chunks⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 eggs (whisked) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Almond Meal 1 cup ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Hemp Seeds 3 tablespoons ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Onion Powder (approx 1/2 - 1 tablespoon depending on your taste) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Garlic Powder (approx 1/2 - 1 tablespoon depending on your taste) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Celtic salt & pepper ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Pre-heat oven or air fryer to 180 degrees celsius ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- In a bowl mix together almond meal, hemp seeds, garlic powder & onion powder, salt & pepper⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Place egg in a dish for dipping ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Dip chicken pieces in egg, then coat with crumb mixture ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Spray with organic coconut oil (or your oil of choice) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Place well coated chicken pieces either in air fryer or oven and cook until golden (approx 20-25 mins) turning half way ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
